The project aims at promoting wellbeing in corporates. In particular, it ivestigates the current onboarding practices and how are they managed by the human resources, in order to propose service solutions that are valuable both for HR managers and for onboardees.
Despite crucial, onboarding is often a passive experience for new hires, as most companies focus the programme on paperwork.
SOLUTION
Yknot is a service designed to offer to new hires a more active onboarding experience, allowing them to become part of a company by getting familiar with new colleagues, spaces, facilities, and making discovery a funny and memorable process.
It is both a platform, providing the HR department a set of tools to manage and customize the onboarding processes, and a mobile application, allowing new hires to be guided during their personal and active discovery of the company. A discovery which is “digitally enabled but physically experienced”.
